Role Focus

We’re looking for an innovative and experienced Cloud & Product Engineering Architect to lead the technical evolution of Rubiscape’s AI & DSML platform. You’ll architect a high-performance, future-ready, and secure solution, leveraging cloud-native architectures, microservices, and modern engineering practices. This role is perfect for someone who thrives at the intersection of architecture, engineering, security, and product innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect Rubiscape’s next-generation AI/ML and analytics platform with a focus on scalability, security, and enterprise readiness.
• Lead the adoption of Agile, DevSecOps, and CI/CD pipelines, ensuring secure, high-quality, and efficient product delivery.
• Design and implement a microservices-based, cloud-native architecture using Python, Django, Angular, Kubernetes, and containerization technologies.
• Define and enforce best practices for secure, compliant software development aligned with global enterprise standards.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineering squads, and data science teams to translate customer needs into technical solutions.
• Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies to future-proof the platform.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Advanced certifications in DevSecOps or enterprise architecture are a plus.
• 10+ years of hands-on experience in software architecture and product engineering, ideally in cloud-native platforms.
• Expertise in microservices architectures, API design, and cloud deployments.
• Experience in mentoring engineers, establishing engineering standards, and fostering an innovation-driven culture.
• Familiarity with observability, monitoring, and performance tuning in high-load environments.
