Rubiscape is committed to protecting your personal data with the same rigour we apply to enterprise data governance. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and how you can control it in plain language.

Rubiscape is a Decision Intelligence platform developed and operated by Inteliment Technologies Private Limited ("Inteliment", "Rubiscape", "we", "us", or "our"), a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013 and headquartered in Pune, Maharashtra, India.
This Privacy Policy applies to:
- The Rubiscape website at www.rubiscape.com and all subdomains
- The Rubiscape SaaS platform accessible to registered enterprise users
- Any communications, demos, trials, or events organised by Rubiscape
If you are an enterprise customer accessing Rubiscape on behalf of your organisation, your organisation's data processing agreement (DPA) with us governs the processing of personal data you submit through the platform. This policy applies to individuals interacting with our public website and marketing activities.

2. What Personal Data We Collect
We collect personal data only when there is a lawful basis and a clear purpose.

- Public sources such as LinkedIn, company websites, or press releases for enterprise sales prospecting

6. Your Rights
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act, 2023 and applicable data protection law, you have the following rights:
Right to information
You can ask us what personal data we hold about you and how we use it.
Right of access
You can request a copy of your personal data in a readable format.
Right to correction
You can ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete personal data.
Right to erasure
You can ask us to delete your personal data where we no longer have a lawful basis to hold it.
Right to grievance redressal
You can raise a complaint or grievance with our designated Privacy Officer.
Right to withdraw consent
Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.
Right to nominate
You may nominate another individual to exercise your rights on your behalf in the event of death or incapacity.
How to exercise your rights
Submit a request to privacy@rubiscape.com with your name, contact details, and a clear description of your request. We will respond within 30 days of receipt.
If you are unhappy with our response, you may contact the Data Protection Board of India once established under the DPDP Act, 2023.
7. Data Security
Rubiscape maintains ISO 27001-certified information security management practices. Our technical and organisational measures include:
- Encryption in transit: TLS 1.2+ for all web traffic; encrypted APIs
- Encryption at rest: AES-256 for data at rest on cloud infrastructure
- Access control: Role-based access control (RBAC) with least-privilege principles; MFA enforced for all staff
- Audit trails: All access to personal data is logged and auditable
- VAPT: Regular vulnerability assessment and penetration testing by CERT-IN empanelled auditors
- Incident response: Documented breach notification procedures; regulatory notification within 72 hours where required
Despite these measures, no internet-based system is 100% secure. We encourage you to use strong, unique passwords and to report any suspected security issues to security@rubiscape.com.
8. International Data Transfers
Rubiscape is headquartered in India. Some of our service providers (including Google and certain cloud infrastructure providers) may process data outside India. Where data is transferred internationally, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, including:
- Standard contractual clauses (SCCs) with providers in jurisdictions without an adequacy determination
- Binding corporate rules where applicable
- Your consent, where required
9. Children's Privacy
Rubiscape is a B2B enterprise platform. Our services are not directed at individuals under the age of 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If you believe we have inadvertently collected data about a minor, please contact us at privacy@rubiscape.com and we will promptly delete it.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, or legal requirements. We will:
- Update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page
- Notify registered users by email for material changes
- Post a notice on our website for significant updates
Continued use of our website or platform after the effective date of a revised policy constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
