Commercial terms are based on three variables: edition (Professional, Enterprise, or Enterprise Plus), deployment mode, and organisational scale. We do not publish fixed per-user or per-seat rates publicly every commercial proposal is scoped to your specific environment, user base, and deployment architecture. Yes. Rubiscape is architected for progressive capability expansion. Most enterprise customers begin with RubiFlow for data engineering or RubiSight for BI and executive reporting, then activate RubiStudio, RubiAI, and additional studios as organisational capability matures. The licensing structure is designed to accommodate this expansion without requiring contract renegotiation at each stage.

Does Rubiscape require organisations to migrate away from existing cloud infrastructure?

Accepted Answer

No. Rubiscape is architected to co-exist and co-operate with existing infrastructure investments. BYOC mode deploys the platform within your own AWS, Azure, GCP, or OCI account. The platform also runs natively on Databricks and Snowflake. Data sovereignty is maintained in all modes no data transits Rubiscape-managed infrastructure unless explicitly configured to do so.

Is on-premises or air-gapped deployment available for regulated environments?

Accepted Answer

Yes. On-premises, Hybrid, and Air-Gap deployments are available under the Enterprise Plus edition. Air-Gap is specifically designed for defence establishments, classified government environments, and critical national infrastructure where no data including telemetry may traverse any external network. Full governance documentation is provided for MeitY, NCSC, and equivalent regulatory frameworks.

Rubiscape is compliant with DPDP (India), GDPR, and ISO 27001. Enterprise Plus deployments support Air-Gap governance for sovereign data requirements. For regulated sectors BFSI, healthcare, government a formal compliance documentation pack is available on request, including data residency attestations, audit log architecture, and access control documentation.

How is GPU compute for AI and ML workloads handled?

GPU compute for model training and inference in RubiStudio and RubiAI is not bundled into the platform licence. In SaaS and BYOC modes, GPU workloads execute on your own cloud account (AWS, Azure, GCP) and are billed directly by the hyperscaler at standard compute rates. Rubiscape provides workload scheduling optimisation to minimise GPU utilisation and associated spend.

All editions include structured onboarding. Enterprise and Enterprise Plus customers receive a dedicated Customer Success Manager and a formal 90-day fast-start programme engineered to deliver a production-ready use case within three months of contract commencement.
