Role Overview

As a Cloud & Product Engineering Architect, you will lead the technical evolution of Rubiscape’s AI & ML platform. This role sits at the intersection of architecture, engineering, security, and product innovation—driving cloud-native, high-performance, and enterprise-ready solutions.

What You’ll Own

• End-to-end platform architecture and technical strategy.
• Cloud-native, microservices-based product evolution.
• Security, scalability, and enterprise readiness of the platform.
• Engineering best practices, standards, and governance.
• Future-proofing Rubiscape’s AI & DSML ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Platform Architecture
  • Architect next-generation AI/ML and analytics platforms.
  • Design scalable, secure, and cloud-native systems.
  • Define microservices and API-first architecture.
• Engineering & DevSecOps
  • Lead Agile, DevSecOps, and CI/CD adoption.
  • Ensure secure, compliant, and high-quality delivery.
  • Implement observability and performance tuning.
• Technology Leadership
  • Guide teams on Python, Django, Angular, Kubernetes, and containers.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and architectural patterns.
  • Mentor engineers and set technical standards.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner with product managers and data science teams.
  • Translate business needs into scalable solutions.
  • Align engineering execution with product vision.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in software architecture and product engineering.
• Expertise in cloud-native and microservices architectures.
• Strong background in API design and enterprise platforms.
• DevSecOps or enterprise architecture certifications (preferred).
