Role Overview
This role exists to drive Rubiscape’s growth across enterprise and global markets by owning high-value analytics outsourcing and managed services engagements. You will operate at the intersection of strategy, sales execution, and long-term client partnerships.
What You’ll Own
- End-to-end ownership of strategic sales and revenue growth.
- Account strategy and long-term enterprise relationships.
- Sales pipeline health, forecasting, and revenue predictability.
- Positioning Rubiscape as a strategic analytics transformation partner.
- Contribution to international market expansion initiatives.
Key Responsibilities

Sales & Revenue Growth
- Drive analytics outsourcing and managed services revenue.
- Close large IT outsourcing and ODC deals with GCCs.
- Manage pipelines, forecasting, and revenue targets.

Strategic Account Management
- Act as a trusted advisor to CXO-level stakeholders.
- Own account strategy, renewals, upsell, and CSAT.
- Align delivery execution with client expectations.

Proposal & Bid Leadership
- Lead enterprise RFPs and proposal submissions.
- Coordinate solutioning across internal teams.
- Manage large and international bid processes.

Market Development & Expansion
- Generate leads via events, partnerships, and networks.
- Build CXO relationships across global markets.
- Support international growth initiatives.
What We’re Looking For
Required Experience
- 4–7 years of experience in enterprise or B2B sales.
- Strong background in analytics or IT outsourcing sales.
- Experience working with GCCs or global enterprises.
- Proven ability to manage large, complex deals.
Good to Have
- Experience selling analytics, AI, or data platforms.
- International sales exposure.
- Consulting or platform-led sales experience.
