Role Overview

As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for shaping product vision, defining roadmaps, and delivering high-impact AI and analytics solutions. You will work closely with engineering, design, data science, and business teams to build products that solve real customer problems at scale.

What You’ll Own

• End-to-end ownership of product strategy and roadmap.
• Product discovery, prioritization, and delivery.
• User experience and product-market fit.
• Data-driven decision-making using KPIs and metrics.
• Alignment between business goals and product execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Product Strategy & Roadmap
  • Define and own the product vision and long-term roadmap.
  • Translate business goals into clear product outcomes.
  • Continuously evaluate market trends and user needs.
• Agile Delivery & Execution
  • Drive Agile delivery using Scrum, Squads, and Chapters.
  • Work closely with engineering and design teams.
  • Ensure timely, high-quality product releases.
• Cross-functional Collaboration
  • Partner with data science, engineering, UX, and marketing.
  • Align stakeholders around priorities and outcomes.
  • Act as the voice of the customer internally.
• Data-Driven Decision Making
  • Define success metrics and product KPIs.
  • Use insights and experimentation to improve outcomes.
  • Drive continuous improvement across the product lifecycle.

What We’re Looking For

Required Experience

• 8+ years of experience in Product Management.
• Strong exposure to AI, ML, or analytics platforms.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Tools & Skills

• Agile & Scrum methodologies.
• Product & design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe CS).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
