Decision Intelligence

A discipline that augments data science with theory from social science, decision theory, and managerial science to improve the quality and speed of enterprise decisions.

MLOps

A set of practices combining machine learning and DevOps to deploy, monitor, and maintain ML models in production reliably and efficiently.

RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)

An AI architecture that combines a language model with an external knowledge retrieval system, enabling grounded, accurate, and governable AI responses.

RBAC (Role-Based Access Control)

A security model where access to resources is determined by a user's role within an organisation, not their individual identity.

CDC (Change Data Capture)

A data integration pattern that tracks and captures changes in a source database in real time, enabling near-instant replication and streaming.

BYOC (Bring Your Own Cloud)

A deployment model where the software vendor's application runs in the customer's own cloud environment, giving the customer full control over data and infrastructure.

Data Lineage

The complete history of a data element , its origin, movements, transformations, and final destination , enabling traceability and audit compliance.

Agentic AI

AI systems that can take autonomous actions, use tools, and make sequences of decisions to accomplish goals , with or without continuous human oversight.

Data Fabric

An integrated architecture that automates data discovery, governance, integration, and consumption across hybrid and multicloud environments.

Feature Store

A centralised repository for storing, managing, and serving ML features , enabling consistency between training and production, and reuse across models.

DPDP Act

India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 , governing the processing of digital personal data within India, with data localisation and consent requirements.

Decision Latency
